The 1967 model year may have finished up the C2 generation of the Corvette, yet the model did not go without changes to standard features and design for 1967. Bright Wheel Trim Rings and Center Caps, a New Front Fender Louver Design, and Wide Back-up Lights centered above and between the rear bumpers mark some of the cosmetic exterior changes made. Also added were a redesigned Gas Filler Door, new Corvette Emblems, and Bright Metal Body and Door Sill Moldings featuring black highlights. For the interior, a newly-designed parking brake handle is prominently featured within the center console. Four-way Hazard Warning Flashers were added as a safety feature, and slight pressure applied to the re-designed Directional Signal Lever enables the lever to operate, then cancel upon release. Standard power production for 1967 comes from the 327/300hp V8, and management of said power is assisted via Standard Ventilated Disc Brakes on all 4-wheels, as well as a Dual Master Cylinder Brake System. Fully Independent Suspension is also present, including Variable-rate Coil Springs for the front and a Transverse Nine-leaf Variable-rate Rear Spring at the back.
